Other features of the 2011 app include a race calendar, latest standings and the ability to get news alerts sent as notifications. This is great for serious F1 fans, as it provides you with the kind of information you won't normally get when watching on TV. You can check the air and track temperatures, humidity, air pressure and rainfall, as well as the wind speed and direction. Unfortunately, 2011 doesn't offer any live F1 audio commentary, however.Ĭlick on the Track Data tab in 2011 and you'll be able to see all manner of information about the current conditions out on the circuit. There's also live text commentary so you can get an overall picture of the race. The Live Timing section displays data for each driver, showing positions, lap and sector times, and speeds.

The main thrust of the 2011 app is to give you real-time race information, so you can follow each event live.
